We allow any combination of two pets, cat or dog other than those listed as restricted.
No pets over 50 pounds once full grown.
Tenants agree that they will not allow their pet to disturb, annoy neighbors in any way or interferes with the quiet enjoyment of the property, whether the pet is inside the dwelling or outside.
Tenant will keep control over the pet at all times, whether inside the dwelling or outside.
Tenant agrees that pet will not be left unattended over any unreasonable periods of time.
Tenant promises not to leave food for the pet outside the dwelling.
Tenant agrees to keep their pet clean at all times and keep the Premises in a clean and sanitary manner, properly disposing of pet droppings as quickly as possible.
Tenant acknowledges that all vaccinations for the pet are current. In the event that a pet license is required by the city, Tenant shall provide a copy of the unexpired pet license to the Landlord.
